As per the instructions given by Chief Secretary – Eastern Province, Cleaning of office premises related to spread of Dengue at the office of the DCS Engineering Services and Provincial Department of Audit has held on 16.05.2023 at 8.30 AM to 12.00 Noon. All the staffs of DCS Engineering Services , DCS Personnel and Training and Department of Provincial Audit had participated in this event and kept the office premises clean and tidy. Drainage also was cleaned in order to prevent the growth of Dengue mosquitos.

As per the instruction given by the Deputy Chief Secretary (Engineering Services - EP) Eng.H.M.Jayaratne , the abandoned land in the office premises was cleaned and converted into agricultural land by the office staff. The water supply was provided by the old well closed by the office. The system was fully repaired. The land is now ready for planting suitable plants, such as coconut, vegetable etc. Now we have started the event.
