The Management Development Training Unit has conducted Training Programme on Preparation of Meeting minutes and office letter writing for relevant officers from August 23, 2023 to August 24, 2023 at Batticaloa and Kalmunai simultaneously. Mr AG Theivendran, Director, Management Development Training Unit, Eastern Province and Mr Eeswara Kumar Administrative Officer, Department of Rural Development, Eastern Province have been served as the Resource person for this programme.

Mr. AG Theivendran, Director, Management Development Training Unit, Eastern Province and Mr. Eeswara Kumar Administrative Officer, Department of Rural Development, Eastern Province have been served as the Resource person for this programme.

Mr. A.G. Theivendran has been Permanently appointed as Director of the Management Development Training Unit Eastern Province From his Previous position of Provincial Director of Social services of Eastern Province With effect from June 16, 2023.

The Management Development Training Unit has conducted Training Programme on Salary Conversion for Development Officers, Management Service Officers, and Other Related Officers from May 30, 2023 to June 01, 2023 at MDTU, Trincomalee. Mr.K.Suthaharan, Administrative Officer, Governor's Secretariat, Eastern Province and Mr.T.Prabatharan, Management Service Officer, Provincial Public Administration, Eastern Province have been served as the Resource Persons for this Training Programme.
