The teacher appointment ceremony for 55 Bachelor of Education graduates in the Eastern Province was held on 23.05.2023 at T/T/Orr's Hill Vivekananda College, Trincomalee.

Honorable Mr. Senthil Thondaman, Governor of Eastern Province attended as Chief Guest. The event under the chairmanship of Mr. H.E.M.W.G. Dissanayake Secretary, Ministry of Education, Eastern Province. Mr. R.M.P.S. Ratnayake Chief Secretary Eastern Province, Mr. M. Gopalaratnam Secretary Provincial Public Services Commission and many other officers participated in this event.
