Management Development Training Unit has organized a special workshop on Personality Development for Executive Officials on 28 February 2019 at National Inland fisheries & Aquaculture Training Institute – Kalawewa under the DCS (P&T) provincial level capacity development fund. Mr. Samantha Rathnayake, Management Consultant, Postgraduate Institute of Management University of Sri Jayewardenepura has served as the Resource Person of this workshop. Chief Secretary, Deputy Chief Secretaries, Secretaries, Department Heads and several senior officials were participated in this event.
